Summer’s coming to end, we’re in the last few weeks, so make sure you take time to enjoy it. One great way is to enjoy a refreshing watermelon treat. You can make some pretty delicious treats from watermelon. Watermelon is a great fruit to enjoy and help keep you cool on a hot day; and it’s still plenty hot. Agua Fresca de Sandia

4 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed
2 tbsp agave nectar
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 cup ice cubes
Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed. Secure lid and select “Smoothie.” Pour into glasses, and garnish with lime slices and ice.

Chilled Watermelon Soup

6 cups watermelon chunks, seedless
14 cup sparkling water
1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp agave nectar
pinch of ginger
pinch of nutmeg

  1. Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid. Select “Soups” cycle or blend on high for 90 seconds.
  2. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

3 cups seeded watermelon
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Watermelon Raspberry Lemonade

312 cups watermelon chunks, seeded
1 cup raspberries
3 lemons, peeled and halved
13 cup granulated sugar or raw agave
2 cups ice cubes
Add all ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid. Select “Whole Juice” or blend on a Medium High speed for 50-60 seconds and serve.
