Bar & Restaurant owners, as well as their employees, have spent the past month struggling to make ends meet, planning a return, and wondering how the industry will look when allowed to re-open. It's a conversation that has been changing on an almost daily basis during the entire shutdown; but, everyone agrees: the new business model will barely resemble the old, especially right after the restart. The reopening of bars and restaurants may be as dramatic as the return from the Prohibition Era.
